Bukit Tabur (Tabur Hill) is a magnificent limestone ridge located 20km from Kuala Lumpur city centre. It is said the longest crystal quartz outcrop in the world, 15km long! Bukit Tabur plays an important role in preserving small coniferous-like trees, shrubs, creepers, orchids and moss. In addition, Bukit Tabur acts as foundation and wall of a dam keeping the water in and hidden from public view. In the early morning hours, clouds of mist can be seen making a daily migration from the dam towards the jungle surrounding.

Sit down amongst the bush or watch panoramic vistas for wildlife to catch songbirds flickering nearby and eagles cruising the currents. Not to left out that some visitor hike up in the dark to catch the sunrise moments. If you're lucky enough, you should see the yolk rising up the sky softly.
