Visit this 17th century village about two hours north of Toronto, where the French and the Wendat Indians lived side by side. Meet a few Ojibway Indians. Learn about their ways. Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre and Martyr’s Shrine are walking distance from the village. We could visit either. We will end our trip with taking a look at the murals in Midland.
Transportation, admission to the village, the shrine, and lunch at a local deli.
$45 surcharge for third. Only in the summertime and early autumn. Does not include 2.5 hour boat ride in the Georgian Bay.
