Cities where he/she works: Bologna, Ravenna, Ferrara, Modena, Maranello

Guide presentation

My name is Nathalie Zaveroni, I am French and I\'ve lived in Italy since 1995 when I get married and moved to Bologna, the city which enchanted me the very first time I visited it.
I first studied in France and received a degree in art and philosophy, with a specific concentration in Tourism.
As a licenced tour-guide in France, I have been working as a Tour leader in Europe and worldwide since 1993 and I passed the exam to become an official tour-guide in Bologna in 2002.
Travelling is a real passion that I inherited from my father: thanks to him, we moved 34 times in 30 years, and once lived in Polynesia!
Now Italy is my home and passion, visits, studies and curiosity made me able to find the right keys of Bologna: Classic B., B. the fat, B. the learned, B. and Medecine, Jewish B., Christian B., Waterways in B., electric B., industrial B.,...
Bologna, also known for fairs and congress, is a good occasion for me to offer assistance, translations and as a private interpreter VIP guided tours through the region.
I am also a guide in the whole region and invite you to visit the pages dedicated to Ferrara, Ravenna, Modena and around. UNESCO crowned Emilia Romagna and recognized the top value of its jewels.
In Italy our profession as a tour-guide is strictly regulated in order to give our visitors the best services, and make them feel the “true Bolognese soul”.

"Thank you for a wonderful tour of your beautiful city. I learned so much and the terra cotta sculptures were outstanding, my one of my favor religious art. The medical theater also a highlight. I love Bologna better than Venice or Rome. It's elegant, quiet, and easy to get around. I will encourage my daughter to visitI live Bologna better than Venice and Rome. It's elegant, quiet, and easy to get around."

"Nathalie, was a great guide. She picked us up in Ravenna and showed us Bologna from a historical perspective as well as a culinary perspective.
Even threw in a bit of local shopping which my wife enjoyed. I highly recommend her."

"Juste un petit mot pour vous remercier de votre excellente prestation le jeudi 28 mars. Mes élèves, collègues et moi-même avons étés ravis de vous avoir comme guide malgré la météo maussade.
C'était vivant, efficace et amusant. Je ne manquerai pas de fournir vos coordonnées à mes collègues s'ils décident de repasser par Bologne l'année scolaire prochaine."

"I have travelled to many countries in Europe a dozen times and to Italy at least seven times. I had been to bologna before, however this young lady was fantastic, professional, and a wonderful person to bring the beauty, romance and intelligence of a city to the four of us.
A trip back to bologna and its environs will be made again by wife and myself due to the efforts of Natalie."

"Natalie was wonderful. Very informative. Great tour.
Took my family to the best ice cream shop ever."

"I had a great tour experience on the bike around bologna. I learned so much about the culture and history of the city.
Nathalie was so friendly and I loved my tour!"
